Beyond the Surface An Exploration in Healthcare Robotics in Japan

Last sunday I had the chance to meet with Arjanna van der Plas. She holds a Master in Strategic Product Design and Science Communication. For about two hours we sat in rainy Delft and talked nerdy about robots and where it all might go in the future. She is, like me, much more interested in the ethical and social aspects of robotics in society then in the engineering part.

I will write more about her work at a later stage as I have just started to read her master thesis. For now I just want to leave you with one of the Rathenau Institute´s work in the Hague which I thought was quite interesting.
